Young Woman’s Death.—An inquest was held at Dunedin yesterday by the Coroner (Mr H. W. Bundle) into the death of Rbsina May Beattie, aged 21. The evidence of Dr. H. H. Francis, senior house-surgeon at the Dunedin Hospital, was that death was the result of gas gangrene infection introduced by mechanical interference with pregnancy. The inquest was adjourned sine die.—(P.A.)
