FAMILY ALLOWANCE
Sir,—Regarding the family allowance, in these days when larger families are definitely to be encouraged, it seems to me it would be better to consider the number in the family rather than the money earned. Those with four or more children under the age of 16 should receive the allowance, irrespective of income.—Yours, etc., INTERESTED, June 14, 1943.
