RETURNED MEN ENTERTAINED

UNION JACK CLUB Thirty-three sick and wounded men who passed through Christchurch yesterday on the way to their homes in the south were entertained to morning tea and lunch by the Union Jack Club. All were walking cases who had recently arrived in New Zealand after being invalided home from the Middle East, and many of them had been away for three years or more. One man had been present on the opening day of the club.
