FIRE IN PRIVATE HOTEL
RESCUE BY FIREMEN (PA.) PALMERSTON N.. June 7. Considerable damage was done by fire to the upper storey of Fearnley’s Private Hotel in Andrew Young street at 2.30 o’clock this morning. The occupants, many of whom were United States servicemen, escaped with few personal effects. One man was cut off by flames from the fire escapes, but was rescued by brigadesmen.
