It was stated no complaint 1 was made regarding the heating on 3 May 12, but on May 22 the guard rej ceived a complaint from a lady pasI senger. On examining the car he found it to be reasonably well heated, and
did not have to make any adjustment to the heating apparatus. There was rio reason why both trains should not have been well heated.]
