Does this have to be refunded? If so, by whom, presuming it is a Government policy? —Yours, etc., ~ INTERESTED. May 28, 1943. [This letter was referred to an official of the Government Life Insurance Office, who said that the money would h i v e to be refunded to the insurance office by the next-of-kin or other person to whom it had been paid. If the correspondent would go to the Government Life Insurance Office the whole position would be fully explained.] I
