* AKAROA HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY FINK DISPLAY OF SPRING ' BLOOMS There was a fine display of spring (lowers at the Akaroa Horticultural Society's show, held at the Oddfellows' Hall. Akaroa. Mr H. H. Gardiner, of Purau. judged the flowers and vegetables and Mr F. Davis the cookery classes. Mrs R. Waller won the prize for most points in the flower sections.
