Amongst the motor-cycle riders there will be a strong team from Nelson, including the redoubtable A. Bradley, w r ho is at the present time one of the Dominion's most outstanding riders. In addition to winning the Tourist Trophy race, the "blue riband" event in the motor-cycle speed circles, Bradley has had the distinction of lowering one of the records set by the hitherto invincible Percy Coleman. Several of those who will be racing on Saturday put up some very fine times on tho trotting grounds at practices during the week, when the track was found to be in excellent condition.
