GAMING ACT INFRINGED.

(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AVELLINGTON, March 11. Following their premises being visited by the police, Joe Young Chi and Ngaii Gow were each fined £25 for using them as common gaming houses. It was stated that the places were used solely for pakapoo playing. Three men were each fined for being on the premises without lawful excuse.
