ARREST OF RINGLEADERS. (UHITED rnsss ASSOCIATION—BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYIU'JIIT.) HELSINGFOKS, March 6. General Marti Sallcnius, ex-Chief of the General Staff, who was formerly imprisoned for participation in the abduction of Dr. K. J. Stalilberg when the latter was President of the Republic in 1930, was to-day arrested, with M. Kosola, leader of the Lappist and other ringleaders of the revolt. Many of tho rebels arc returning to their homes. Tho laßt of tho Bach Diehards attended divino service at Montala,' after which thoy formally . surrendered their arms. *
