Broadcasting to America, Mr E. de Valera (Leader of the Fianna Fail), indicated his intention of complying with Labour's demand to give precedence to social and economic legislation. Ho added, that parents must no longer be doomed to rear children for export. Ireland must provido work for her unemployed by giving them work which strangers were at present doing.
