REFORM IN MALTA.
NATIONALIST AGITATION. (united press association—by electric TELEaBATH—COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, March 6. Reports from Malta show that the Nationalist Party is working up an agitation on tho language question, and intends making it the leading issue the forthcoming election,' holding that the peoplo should be allowed to decide for themselves whether the English langurtgo only should' be taught in the schools, as recommended by the Royal Commission.
