Worrell, of Halifax, Archbishop of Nora Scotia since 1915, was elected Primate of All Canada to-day by the House of Bishop* of the General Synod of the Church of England in Canada. He succeeds th« Moist Reverend Dr. S. P. P. Matheson, of Winnipeg, who retired last year.
