The Lord Chancellor, Lord Sankey, announced at to-day's meeting of the Federal Structure Committee of the Hound-Table Conference on India that there iviil be a meeting of the Minority Committee next week. It is anticipated that the Committee will conclude consideration of the tour headings tabulated by Lord Sankey, and which have been under examination during the past few days, by noon ou Friday, when tho chairman will proceed to draft a report on tho discussions. Ho would regard as one of the conditions of sucii a federation sufficient representation of tho Indian Princes and their effective participation at a reasonably early date, as one of the absolute conditions of,the Constitution, but as to the percentages and number of seats and other matters he would rather hear tho views of the other RoundTable Conference delegates. For himself, ho, however, was nervous ot making tho Chambers too big to be ot a manageable size. Views were subsequently oppressed bj iho lit. Hon. V. S. Srinivasa Sastn, Sir Provash Chundor Mitter, Mr /iaf rail ah Khan, Sardar Uj.jal Singh, the Chief Sahib of Sangli. Mr T. F. Gavip Jones, and Dr. B R. Ambedkar.
