CATHEDRAL ORGAN RECITAL.

A prosrarome of selected musical items was given in the ChristcliuTch Cathedral last evening by Dr. J. C. Bradshaw, vocal solos being given by Mrs R. J. McLaren, Mrs McLaren sanj? "Hear Ye Israel'* (Mendelssohn), and "My Redeemer and My Lord" (Sullivan). The programme played by Dr. Bradshaw was as follows: —Allegro maestose from the Sonata in F sharp minor (Rheimberger) ; air from the Overture in D major (O string), and Bouree from the third violoncello Sonata (Bach); fantasia in E fiat (Saint-Saens) : Sonata in F Minor, No. 1 (Mendelssohn) ; A Hebridean Pastorale, "On. the Moor" bitt) ; kied. "Still as the night (Bohm): military march for full orchestra. "Pomp and Circumstance" (Elgar).
