Williamson in both his solos. A Swedish and a German folk-song, each one of their countries' best, left good , impressions. Messrs Worsley and Lake played two ducts in great style and tone. In the fine part-song "Spin, Spin" Mr G. 10. March was the virile soloist, as alert and welcome as ever. Faithful to his old gods, Mr S. Hawker still retains his old vigour in his solos. "Peter the Cat" and "The Parting Song" concluded an enjoyable evening. In the regrettable absence of Dr. Crooke, Mr R. E. Lake gave every satis factior. as accompanist pro tern.
