NELSON, December 8 When the case of Lizzie Harper v Percy Scc.tt Haycock, a claim for damagt for alleged breach of promise of marriage, was called at the Supreme Court to-day it was intimated that a settlement had been arrived at. Defendant had agreed that judgment be entered for £SOO with costs. Judgment was entered up in terms of the settlement.

It is the fturgeon from whica isinglass and caviare are obtained.
