PRISONERS SENTENCED.
(PHESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) YV ELLINGTON, December 8. In the Supreme Court the Chief Justice sentenced the following prisoners : Ronald Cowan, aged 19, forgerv and uttering, two years in the Borstal Institute. Edward Gammon Ellen, aged 22, theft of jewellery, three years in the Borstal Institute. Ernest Hollowa.y, aged 30, breaking and entering a country house with intent to commit a crime, twelve months' reformative detention.
