ST. JOHN AMBULANCE BRIGADE.

PRESENTATION OF CERTIFICATES. During the St. John Ambulance Brigade social, on Saturday evening, tho following members were presented with certificates by Col. G. Barclay, DeputyChief Commissioner for New Zealand. Mr H. R. Koskella, Certificate of Commendation, for promptness and skill in the case of an accident, which was the means of saving life. Tho five years' Service Certificates were presented to:—Mesdames Fricker, Gibson, Thorn, and Thomas (Christchurch Nursing Division), and Mr W. Palmer (Chnstchurch Men's Ambulance Division). Cu P B an <i trophies in connexion with tho Corps competitions were also presented to successful competitors, and representatives of the winning squads.
