Victor Price, secretary of the former Polico Association, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment for hai'ing incited members of the Victorian Police Force to commit a breach of discipline. The prosecution alleged that Price sent out a circular counselling disobedience of the Police Commissioner's orders. Tho Commissioner recently disbanded the Police Association. Mr Kelly, the Police Magistrate, described Price's offence as grave, and calculated to bring about a mutinous condition in the Police Force. Price gave notice of appoal.
