STOCKHOLM, December 7. Tho Soviet Legation has admitted espionago relations with Lieutenant Norberg, the Swedish officer who was arrested yesterday. They also implicated Madame Norberg as the go-be-tween.

Lieutenant Norberg is described as weak and extravagant and in urgent need of money. Hitherto his only reward for service to tho Soviet was £6O.
