(Received December Bth, 7.10 p.m.) LONDON, December 7. The fifth section of the Singapore floating dock was launched at "Swan Bros.' vard at Walbend. The "remaining two sections will be launched in a few days. Each will be tested separately before the sections are joined into the two main sections for towage to Singapore. Three million rivets and 22,000 tens of steel were used in building the dock.
