Dr. C. E. Adams, Government Astronomer, observed the comet to-night from the Dominion Observatory, and he states definitely that it is not the Grigg Skellcrup comet, which is not observable to the naked eye. The tail, he said, is 1} degrees long, the moon being } a degree.
