MONUMENT UNVEILED.

A monument to Louise do Bittingnies, who was the Edith Cavell of Prance, was unveiled in Lille with fall military honours, in the presence of Lord Crewe. Louise, who was the chief British agent in Belgium, was finally caught, and died in prison in Cologne In 1918.
