WIDE RECEPTION. (BT CABLE—rBESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, November 13. Reports received by the "Daily Express" show that the first Empire broadcast on Armistice Night,-includ-ing the Prince of Wales's speech, was fully picked up and broadcast at Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, and Bombay, and partially picked up at Cairo, Colombo, Nairobi, and Hong-Kong.
