CONFIDENCE IN MR HAVELOCK WILSON. (BT CABLE—FRESS ASSOCIATION —COPTBIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND K.Z. CABLX ASSOCIATION.) (Received November 11th, 8.20 p.m.) LONDON, November 10. The annual conference of the Seamen's Union carried a resolution of confidence in Mr Havelock Wilson. It approved of the expulsion of the officials of a number of branches, and suggested substantial subscriptions from the unions as a testimonial to Mr Wilson. The matter was discussed privately.
