A receiving order has been issued against Lord Loughborough, who was prev/ously bankrupt in 1924. His liabilities total £18,120. There are no nwets.
When he applied for a discharge, bankrupt saicl he was much handicapped by his title from obtaining employment.
Tho Earl ot Kosslyn paid his son's debts on the earlier occasion totalling £20,000.
