REAR LIGHTS.
♦- ■ COMPULSORY FOR MOTORCYCLES. "The committee has considered the question of motor-cycles being required to carry a rear light in order to make the number-plate distinguishable, and recommends that the Solicitor be instructed to amend Section 38 of By-law No, 14 in this direction." The foregoing clause was contained.in the report of the By-laws Committee to the City Council last evening. The clause was adopted.
