NOTES AND MEMORANDA.
To-day, at Trinity Congregational Church, the following programme will be carried out: —2.;50 p.m., sale of work; 6 p.m., business folks' tea; 7.45 p.m., concert. A street collection in aid of St. George's Hospital will be held on November -ith. A meeting of supporters v.-jjl be held on Friday afternoon next in the garden of College House. The Thought Guild will meet on November 3rd in the Thedsopbical Hall. The Home Economies' Association will meet in the Y.M.C.A. rooms on Fridayevening. The annual meeting of St. John Ambulance Association will be held in the rooms on November 2nd. The opening of the new secondary school of the Sacred Heart Girls' College will take place on November 6th. In the Jellicoe Hall to-morrow night the "Touch and- Go" concert party will appear, the proceeds to assist in the purchase of a piano for a local reformatory.
