RANGIORA V. SUMNER. A senior flag match played between the Rangiora and Sumner Clubs on the Bangiora green yesterday was won by tho home players by five games to one, several games being unfinished. Scores follow, Sumner names first: — Doubles —Mrs Johnson and Miss Bain 16, llrs Webber and Miss Jordan 26; Mrs Booth aud Miss Harris 21, Mrs Chappell and Mrs Kinley 26; Mrs Chambers and Mrs East 21, Mrs Dickson and Mrs Mackenzie 26. Singles—Mrs Johnson 26, Mrs Webber 18; Miss Bain 17, Mrs Jordan 26; Mrs Chambers 19, Mrs Dickson 26.
KAIAPOI V. EDGEWARE. In a junior flag match played at Kaiapoi, Kaiapoi defeated Edgeware by five games to four, the games resulting as follows, Kaiapoi players being mentioned first:— Doubles —Mrs Rinaldi and Mrs Bosomworth 26, Mrs Williamson and Mrs Colwill 16- Mrs Stow and Mrs Johnston 26, Mrs Brazier and Mrs Palmer 13; Mrs Wilson and Mrs Oram 26, Mrs Gordon and Mrs Weir 16.
