ASHLEY RIVER TRUST ELECTION In the Ashley River Trust election there were three declared votes unopened when the poll was declared on Tuesday night. These were opened,yesterday," with the result that Mr Thomas Wyllie increased his poll to 137. The results are now:— Thomas Wyllie—l37. R. Peach—l 32. J. D. Wyllie—l3l. The two first-mentioned were elected. Owing to the close polling, a recount will take place on Friday.
