About 40 delegates and publishers' representatives from all parts of the Dominion attended the sixth annual conference of the New Zealand Booksellers' Association, which opened today, A welcome was extended to the visitors on behalf of the City Council In reply, the president, Mr H." C. South, said the Association now included in its membership" 13 local Associations embracing almost every bookseller in the Dominion. Discussions were conducted in committee during the day.
