SECURITY PACT.
JURISTS' CONFERENCE ENDED. («T CABLE—FttMS ABSOCIATIOK—COPTWOHT.) (VOTES'S TBLBO&AXB.) LONDON, September 6. Allied and German jurists, who have been consulting in connexion, with tho Security Pact, havo completed their labours. They leave London to-dav to report to their respective Governments. It is expected that tho Allied and German Foreign Ministers will meet in a fortnight, probably in Switzerland.
