REPORTED REVERSES. WHOLE REGIMENT CAPTURED. (bi cable— pubss association—cofysioxt.) (Stokey "Sun" SKavicx.) (Received September Bth, 12.25 a.m.) DAMASCUS, September 7. It is reported that Sucdia has fallen. Tho Druses ambushed a French punitivo column, killing 1500 and capturing a complete regiment of artillery. The situation is serious in Damascus.
