LONDON, July 2-. A Bill amending unemployment insurance reduces men's contributions two pence weekly, and women's to a penny. Employers' contributions are similarly reduced. The State's contribution is increased ljd for men, and $d for women. Contributions for both employment and pensions are: men, Is 4d weekly, women Is. Employers Is od for men, and Is 2d for women.
