THE UNIVERSITY.
LETTERS ON THE ROYAL COMMISSION. AVe print two letters to-day on page 11 which will be read, and we hope preserved, by all tlioso who aro interested in the problem of University education. Because of their length we have to put them on a less prominent pago than they would otherwiso have occupied, hut tho fact that they have boen written by tho Chancellor and ex-Chancellor of tho University at a critical period in tho University's history gives them an importanco which cvory reader will recogniso.
