The House of Kopresentatives by 30 votes to 27 defeated the Labour censure motion against the Ministry for its alleged flagrant breach of faith in failing to honour a definite promise by tne Prinio Minister that he would consult the House before determining where tho second cruiser should be 'built ana for its anti-Australian action in sei. ing millions of pounds sterling out of the country for the construction of both cruisers abroad. ,
