Mr A. Prime. Miss K. Brcwins, and Mv S. Peddie look the affirmative and Miss Patchett and Mes=vs E. Collins and A. Kent the negative. Mr J. D. Gray acted r.s adjudicator, and gave his decision in favour of the negative. The Rev. E. D. Patchett was ciiairman.
