Junior Grader-Wanderers 6. Methven 5. In the senior game, played _ on the War kanui ground, an adverse wind blow diagonally across the field and greatly affected the play. The game was very hard through* out, and both team at times showed good combination. H. H. Pearco shot tho first goal for Baring Square in the first half, and just prior to the spell Wekanui, putting plenty of vigour into their play, looked like equalising the score. O. Begg scored for Wakanui after half-time, arid just before . time, R. Wilson (Wakamd) burst through and obtained a goal. Mr D. Lush wae referee.
