LABOUR CENSURE MOTION.

In tho Federal Houso of Representatives, Mr Charlton (Labour Leader) launched an attack on tho Government with a motion that tho Government was deserving of the severest cenßure for its flagrant breach of faith in failing to honour tho definite promise of the Prime Minister that he would consult the House before determining where the second cruiser should bo built, and for its anti-Australian action in sending millions out of the country far the construction of both cniisera abroad. Later. Following on Mr Charlton's censure motion, tho Houso of Representatives adjourned ti}l Wednesday,
