SPAIN NEGOTIATING WITH RIFFIS.

All movements of Spanish troops have been suspended until the end of Juno. Meanwhile negotiations are being held with Abdul-Karim.
Under the Act of Algecir&s Great Britain will support the contemplated Franco-Spanish measures to blockade the Riff coast.
It is reported that M. Painlev© (French Prime who reached Rabat after a 12-hour flight from Toulouse, will break his return journey at Malaga for : conversation with tho Spanish Government on the subject of Franco-Spanish co-operation.
