(Received June 12th, 7.20 p.m.) 1 LONDON, June 12. t The Athens correspondent of the ■'Daily Telegraph" states that tho Greek Cabinet resigned following a fierce controversy whether the reconstruction of the country's affairs should have precedence over the reorganisation of tho fighting forces.
The militarists so far have been held in check; but the failure of the GraecoSerbiaa negotiations has served to strengthen their policy. Neither public opinion nor tho majority of the Amy desire to seo a military Government established* ,
