(Received June 9th, 9.40 p.m.) LONDON, June 8. The British delegation to the Empire Press Union Conference iis now completed by the addition of Major Astor, of "The Times," Sir Percival Phillips, representing the "DailyMail" and associated papers, and Sir Frank Newnes, representing the Newnes Publishing Company. The majority of the delegation will sail on July 11th. A special transCanadian tour has been arranged, after which ten days will be spent in NeW Zealand. The official reception will take place in Australia on September Ist, and will be followed by a two months' tour of the States, including Tasmania.
