Mr Austen Chamberlain urged economy by the Health Section, whose expenditure was 1,000,000 francs hi 1925, compared with 700,000 in 1924. Tho Council decided to refer the subject to the next Assembly in September. A protest from Abyssinia against its inclusion amongst special zones whero traffic in arms is prohibited Was adjourned to the next session, as tho Arms Conference is dealing with the matter. ;
