WOOLSTON SCHOOL COMMITTEE

At the monthly meeting of tho YYooleton School Committee there were present Messi-3 J. Radcliffe (chairman), Pepper, Rowlands, Heed, Pegg, Harvey-Turvey, Andrews and Knighton. It waa decided to ask tho City Council to asphalt portions of the school grounds.' Tho chairman proposed that a letter of sympathy be sent to the widow of the late Primo Minister, which waa carried unanimously. The uso of the school was granted to the returning officer, Lyttelton Electorate, as a polling booth.
