There has been considerable agitation in Dunedin for some time concerning the death in Dunedin .Hospital of James Robertson, • who was admitted after having swallowed a dental plate and died when an operation was about to be performed. Qno of the demands has been that there should be an enquiry undertaken by the Health Department. The Minister of Public Health, the Hon. Sir Maui Pomare, was asked if the Department was going to take the matter up. He replied that the matter was in the hands of the Hospital Board, and that if the Board does not do what appears to he its duty, the Department will institute an enquiry, j
