MISHAPS TO MOTORS.
MAIL BUS DESTROYED BY FIRE. (PHESS ASSOCIATION TELZGRAH3,) . HASTINGS, November 21. A motor mail bus, owned by Graham and Gibbie, of Hastings, -while endeavouring yesterday to- pass a load of •wool at a sharp bend on the road to Whana, went off the highway over a small declino and,upset. It burst into flames and v/a3 destroyed. The car was insured for £.300, but was valued at £I2OO. There were no passengers m tho bus, and tJ-. mail was saved. . . , The firm had a, similar misfortune last week, when one of Us motor lorries was burnt at Crownthorpe. It was insured- for only £4OO.
