TOKYO, November 11
The body of the unknown patriot who committed hara-kiri in the grounds 'of the American Embassy in June as a protest against tho United States exclusion law will be re-emtombed in the 'National Military Cemetery at Tokyo, permission of tho War Office having been announced to-day. • National patriotic bodies intend to make a great occasion of the re-burial. The date has not been announced.
The War Office pronouncement comes at a time when the Foreign Office is preparing to renew a formal protest against the exclusion to Washington, which is politically necessary before the Diet meets in December.
