Judge Morris, of the United states Court in Baltimore, ruled that tho "on© half of one per cent." clause in the Volstead Law does not apply to beverages made in the home for home consumption. This finding may necessitate the revision of the policies of regulation followed by tho United States Prohibition Commissioner.
