CHRISTCHURCH CLUB. There were'so many starters in the Labour Day Handicaps at Shirley links on Monday that Home of the contestants in tho four-ball best ball bogey in the afternoon did not complete their round until quite late, and until the lists had been removed from tho notice board. Among these wen» W. N. Seav and J. Dolph, who finished with a card of 6 up. and thus tied with the best card previously returned that of H. W. Jfacfariano and R. L. Ronaldson. Thess two couples will play off for the trophy at an early date.
